FAQ
Questions? Answered.
How fast will I receive my order?
Instantly. As soon as your payment completes we email you a one-time key. Redeem it with our Discord bot and your order is delivered to your MadFUT 27 account automatically, usually within seconds, day or night.
How do I redeem my key?
Check your email for your one-time key, join our Discord, open the redemption channel and give the bot your key. The VIP Trading Mod is the one exception: it's redeemed inside MadFUT instead. See the step-by-step guide.
Do you need my account password?
No. We will never ask for your password. The bot only asks for what it needs to deliver to your club during redemption.
Does it work on iPhone and Android?
Yes. Every product works on both iOS and Android unless the product page says otherwise.
What if my delivery doesn't go through?
You're covered by our 24-hour promise. If your automated delivery fails, open a ticket in our Discord and we'll refund you in full.
What are bot trades?
Bot trades are automated trades from our bots that send the cards, packs and resources you choose straight to your club. They're the fastest way to build a squad without the manual grind.
How do I pay?
Every payment option shown at checkout is processed through our secure, encrypted checkout. We never see or store your card details.
